Shipping policy

At Women's Stuff, we ship across India.

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 7 days anywhere in India.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay when you pay online.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on selected products. A ₹50 COD handling fee applies to COD orders and is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. Products without COD can be paid online via UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.

Order tracking
Tracking details are sent to you by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery
Please keep the phone number given at checkout reachable, as our delivery partner usually calls before delivery.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@womenstuff.in within 2 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Domestic only
We currently ship within India.
